Keeping hope alive

Alongside anxiety, depression is the world's number one mental health problem. Reactive depression can result whenever we lose hope over something that matters to us. Given that hopelessness is its single greatest cause, keeping hope alive is the primary key to avoiding this kind of depression. If you are feeling down or depressed, identify where you may have lost hope, and get to work on putting this right. When the light of hope shines again, the darkness of depression will flee. And above all, put your hope in God to bless you and see you through, even in those situations where there is no hope, humanly speaking. Change your thoughts, plans, and actions in whatever way you may need to, but never ever give up hope!
